Welcome to Android Central! Some extremely basic information would be helpful, like which phone you have. Are you saying that when you open the Phone app, you don't see a button to bring up the keypad?

More information you can provide the better we can help , you dont go to the mechanic hand the keys and say fix my car and leave ? You give as much details of your car issues as possible to help them figure your cars problem.

Restart your phone, if that doesn't work clear the cache in the phone app and force stop it, and if that doesn't work give us more info if you want better help

My question is about how to pull up the Phone app keypad after answering a call on my Bluetooth earpiece. That does not take me to the normal phone screen where I can easily pull up a keypad, but how do you get to the keypad when you're already in a call which is not on that page?

Welcome to Android Central! When you're on a call, you should see it in the swipe-down notification panel. Tap that, and the Phone app should open up to the call. If you don't see the dialpad, there should be an icon somewhere on the screen to bring it up -- you don't see anything like it?
