No recovery option, usb debug is off. How to hard reset?

[Android Central Question]

I bought a lenovo zuk z2 pro 2-3 yeass ago and ive loved it. Unfortunately the phone couldnt be updated and i havent been expèrienced with flashkng and all that jazz so i was alaays hesitant to try and use a different rom. The model is z2121 i believe.
Sadly through a chain of events and bad habit I made the mistake of installing a system ui app onto my lenovo zuk z2 pro from the apptoide appstore..
My phone works... turns on and off, notification light works,still chargers and can hold power but and receive the reboot and shut down options displayed on the screen. So its as if the phone doesnt know the app has taken over and made my screen black.
There is no recovèry or factory reset, or hard reset screen.
Just a screen with 5 options and none of which do anyhkng but reboot or shut down the phone.
Usb debugging it turned of and i cant get the phone to be recognized as a storage device. Only recognized as a cd-rom.
Can i somehow remotely remove that app? wipe the phone? Get passed debugging being off?
Any help would be so great!

That screen with the 5 options - and a large Andy lying on its back? That would be the bootloader. (It the phone boots to the bootloader, recovery is gone [it normally boots to the bootloader, which boots recovery, which boots Android].)
