No ROOT but have CWM - LiquidSmooth

Well I run'd over my S3 yesterday so I'm back to my modded TBolt. Only problem is, well a few actually...My data port saw its last charge months ago (why I have/had an S3) so I have to charge with an external batter charger. This presents a problem b/c I cannot plug my phone into my PC which brings me to my questions. After an exhausting search of the forums I cannot find out why (with LiquidSmooth Liquid ICS v1.5) I have no root anymore. I can boot into CWM no problem but cannot run any applications that require root (TB, ChaifireSU, Adfree, etc).

Gents, I'm stuck here. Any help would be appreciated.
