No Samsung Apps App on Verizon S5

So, I was trying to get the finger scan paypal app
I was told I need to download the paypal app from the samsung apps app
I hunted for it and could not find it
Could not download it either
I talked to samsung customer service and they said that Verizon s% does not have the samsung apps app preloaded and there is no way to download it if not preloaded
Vis a vis, the paypal app, there is no way to get the finger scan version of paypal on a verizon s5

If anyone knows a work around or something eles please help

In the app drawer, press the menu button, then click Galaxy Essentials, then "More Samsung apps" (or something like that) icon on the bottom of the list of "essential apps". The only problem for me with this hidden Samsung app store is that I do not see a search option.
