No service or data for a day now

I've had those phone for two months now and I would have almost perfect service at home. But yesterday I suddenly went from 5 bars and 3G to no service whatsoever. I've had a virgin mobile phone for two years now and this has never happened.

I've had data but it's intermittent - a lot of 'No Network Available' messages. Can't make/get calls. This has been going on for a week. I have an open ticket with support and hoping someone will contact me (via EMAIL) tomorrow. Everything was working just fine for the nine months I've had the phone until last Monday.
