No Shopping list on Google Assistant

I have a Samsung Note 9, S10+, and Pixel 3XL. All of my phones include the Shopping List on Assistant except the S10+. Anyone else notice this?

I just tried it on my S10 plus and it's there. I added something to my list and then asked assistant to show list and it brought it up.

Shopping list is run through Google Express. If you add an item through Google Assistant it adds it to the shopping list in Express. If you do not have the app downloaded it adds it through the ge website.

It's dumb. If you add anything to any list, it puts it on my shopping list. "add hiking to my weekend list" it puts hiking on my shopping list.
I have found no voice controlled shopping list for my phone other than Google Express not even Bixby through Samsung notes.

wow, on both my Note9 and Pixel, I just talk to Assistant and shopping list comes up or I just say add milk to my shopping list and its done.

Wouldn't Google Keep work? I used to use it but now I'm using Alexa/Amazon Echo.

Did some research and Google Assistant has a new ONLINE only list/notes that is accessed through Assistant. Keep is available to use IF the server side has been updated.

Yes I said Hey Google open shopping list and I see the shopping list with my list.
