No shutdown sound in the Note 3??? (shutdown.ogg)

Hi. I've done some really cool customizations on my Note 3, including rooting it for the sake of changing system sounds. I've already changed the booting and shutdown animations to something far more awesome than its original. However only startup seems to have a sound linked to it, but shutdown has not? Is there anyway to make my note 3 play a sound on shutdown? Please help!

Also if you have time for a second question, I have a problem with my camera. I've replaced every single camera sound in the phone but taking a picture still plays the original camera shutter sound. How can I change it?

Edit: just noticed another problem. The waterdrop sound the phone makes when you press dials on the dialpad to call people is unalterable. You can turn it off but replacing the sound won't change it. Is there like a secondary system sound map or something?

If there isn't a system call to a shutdown sound, it won't happen. There might be a kernel somewhere that added one, but not that I know of.

Camera shutter sounds are in /usr/share/sounds/mm-camcorder/

I hate the waterdrop dialer sound too, but haven't found a way to change it, other than turning it off.

"Please help"?

I'm sorry that I may get banned for this, but you sound annoyed that regular forum members are not sending a lifeboat and a helicopter to come rescue you.

You spend all that time and effort screwing around with your expensive phone.

There are loads of posters in the Ask a Question forum who got stuck trying to root, or change back, or put something different on.

Caveat emptor.

Well, that escalated quickly.

Anon, Wolfy didn't sound annoyed at all when I read the post. You gotta relax and read the post again, and stop being so biased about whatever people write about. It's a forum -- it's meant for people to ask questions and expect answers, no matter how silly or weird the question might be.
No, I'm sure Wolfy did not expect "a lifeboat and a helicopter," but to reply the way you did is just a tad bit rude, don't you think? Let's not be narcissists here and try to help the poor guy.

As for you, Wolfy, I had the same problem, with no sound while shutting down, when I noticed the .ogg for shutting down is missing. I think that might have been the issue.

Also, sorry for bumping the post, everyone.

P.S. anon, you used "Caveat Emptor" in the wrong context.
