No silent mode

Since the gingerbread update OTA, there is no silent mode. So at night I have to put it on vibrate or shut it off. What happened to silent mode?

That's strange. Did u try turning the volume down? it would actually turn your notification down or off if you are not listening to music. In the morning just turn up the volume. Let me know if that works.

Have tried the rocker arm to silence it but only drops it to vibrate. No one touch icon to silence everything. Another update installed a few days ago. Still the same. No total silence option unless I turn it off.

I noticed that on EI22 - no complete silent button, just vibrate mode. :'(
