"No SIM card" after JB update

Last night I got the JB OTA ... this morning I checked my phone and noticed no cellular service. The lock screen says "No SIM card" right below the lock icon.

Tried the obvious: remove battery/SIM, reboot. Cleared app data for Google Framework Services.

Any suggestions?
 
GSM or CDMA? If CDMA, you might have a better shot in the Verizon or Sprint Galaxy Nexus forums. Also if its Verizon, they have lots of SIM provisioning problems. I'd just call them or take it in, it's likely not your fault.

If GSM, shut down and remove the SIM, boot up without the SIM, shut down and replace the SIM. Also, an Airplane Mode toggle could give you a similar effect. If not, you can do a factory reset.
