I just got my Galaxy Note 3 last night. Went to bed last night and all was fine, about 15 minutes later it rebooted. OK, it happens. Woke up this morning and it said "No SIM Card", rebooted and it was fine. Fast forward 4 hours and I have the same error again. Again a reboot fixes it. Should I go to Verizon and talk to them about it since a brand new phone shouldn't have this issue.

Make sure the sim card is completely seated into the tray. If that doesn't work then yeah, go to Verizon and let them know. More than likely they'll toss you a new sim card before replacing the device.

I wish the damn SIM came out the way the manual says......

Yeah. This device is a little tricky. I have no clue why it was made so difficult to pull out. TWSS!

If you push it in, it is supposed to pop out some according to the manual. It doesn't.....

Not that I've experienced. Not even the SD card slot does that. They push in and seat onto the contacts

No problem after reseating the SIM (so far). Hopefully it keeps up working correctly.

Better not when my phone is currently 2 days old ;)
