No Sleep App?

My device doesn't have the sleep app loaded on it, nor does it appear in the app store.

Anyone else have this?

Also, I cannot install new apps or do the software upgrade.... I get the "failed" message.

I had this issue. Uninstall the SAMSUNG gear manager, reinstall it and then pair the devices and download the update. Once I installed the update, the sleep app showed up.

I've just tried this and it didn't work. However, I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking for. Is the sleep app contained within another app? I.e. running is inside the exercise app. If not it still isn't showing up for me. Thanks

Edit: I've got the Gear Neo - maybe the sleep app isn't even available for that...?

Edit 2: I've found and downloaded the sleep app through the S Health app, but I can't work out how to transfer it onto my Neo. Same goes for the RunKeeper app.

Edit 3: realised I had a notification saying the package update hadn't been installed due to the Neo have a low battery. Charged to over 15% and restarted the installation. Problem solved!

Thank you and sorry if that's all tl;dr but I'd like to keep it up in case anyone else has my issues.

At first I wasn't sure what app it was because I couldn't see anything. However, when I followed the steps above (in Michael Pellman's post), it showed an app called Sleep App. I could see it it on My Apps in Gear manager on my phone and also in My Apps on my Gear Neo.

I tried the same thing but still cannot find a Sleep App. Any other ideas? Has the name changed? Sleep Genius doesn't seem to record sleep activity.

The app is still called "Sleep" - icon of a crescent moon sleeping.
What is your Gear Manager version, Gear 2 software version, and GearApps (Samsung Apps opened from Gear Manager) version?

Turns out I had to let a firmware update come down and be installed on the watch, then the Sleep showed up without doing anything else (!)
