No sound on insta stories when using headphones Samsung s8

[Android Central Question]

When I use my other android phone I use to listen to music and record insta stories and (using headphones) and everything been ok. Now on Samsung s8 sound is not recodring when I'm using headphones. Can anyone tell me why ?

Does sound record properly without headphones? Are these wired or Bluetooth headphones?
