No sound on videos fro eurosport

[Android Central Question]

All videos on Twitter or chrome or other platforms are working fine, except videos from eurosport. Can not get sound. Other people have no problem with this, so it must be my S10+ that is the problem. Very strange. Can not find any setting to fix it. Anyone know what can be the reason?

you can reproduce the issue then submit error report to samsung members app > get help > error report to get help from samsung and check whether it's really your phone that's the issue or something else.

what's the model number and the software version running on your phone?
