No sound when I mirror to TV

I have tried both Miracast apps on my Android streaming box and HDMI wifi dongle connected to the TV, but when I mirror my phone and play videos the sound stops working. It works fine on my phone alone, but when it is mirrored to the TV it stops. Is there a setting I missed?
