No souund even after rebooting!

I only got my phone a month ago and already I can no longer hear any sound even after rebooting. The battery went out then after recharging and turning it back on no sound comes out. What's going on!?

Okay so more info: when I say no sound I mean no sound. No Pandora, no YouTube, no phone calls, no alerts, nothing. Not even the typing of these words.

First, how far are you letting the battery drop before recharging it? It shouldn't "go out" after only a month.

Second, if the phone is only a month old, it's under warranty. You don't say whether all sound (speaker, earphone, phone calls and Bluetooth) is out, or only some of the sounds are out, so give us more details.

My letting the battery "go out" I meant it dropped to a 0% charge and I let the phone charge through the night.

As for sound, no sound means no sound. No Pandora, no YouTube, no phone calls, no Bluetooth, no nothing.

Anyone have any ideas on what is going on? I tried everything. Factory reset, network reset, hard boot, soft boot, but I still get nothing. I think the speakers are blown somehow. Could that be the case?

Anyone have any idea what's going on? I'm thinking my speakers have blown already. I'm also unable to get it warrantied cause I don't have my receipt. Would a blown speaker be a good assessment?
