No Swype after Android update

Got the 4.2.2 update this morning automatically. Unfortunately, although Swype 1.4 is listed as my preferred keyboard input, it no longer works. Anyone else have a problem?

Just updated and I'm posting this using the most recent Swype Beta update that was on before the system update. I guess I'm blessed.

Yeah, I am using the latest Swype Beta with no issues as well.

Try to reinstall it, and see how that goes.

On 4.2.2 and no problems with Swype Beta 1.4.

I updated last week with the Jellybean update and Swype no longer works although it is my designated input function. Tried reinstalling update, to no avail. Has anyone who encountered this issue found a fix? Thanks for your time! Very frustrating!!!!

Try reinstalling Swype.

Menu-->Settings-->Language and Input -->Keyboards and input methods--><*****>keyboard-->settings-->Continuous input -->enable..!!!
