no text messages and no customer service

I cannot receive or send texts. I called customer service and didn't even get a dial tone. Just blank. I'm very pissed off. I'm not sure what to do.

Mind you this is virgin mobile

It may have something to do with the solar storm if that's still going on. Lol., I called and demanded credit to my account and got it.
