No update available?

So tonight I went to update my wife's EVO And it is saying the phone is up-to-date, what gives?

It still says 2.1 Update-1

I think they are rolling it out in waves

I thought it was just the notification that was going out in waves. Or perhaps they made it available to everyone within those first couple of days and now will begin rolling it out in waves.

Which button are you hitting to update? Go to settings/System Updates/HTC software Update. Don't do firmware update. You will get the update through HTC software Update.

Mine didnt show an update either, so i did it twice, nothing and the third time it was there.

mine came up for some reason after i enabled wifi monday, then i did htc software update and it was there.

Funny, I hit the HTC Software Update button, oh...., about 155 times and still no go. Tried rebooting, tried via WIFI, tried via 3G, tried via phone charging and not charging...even tried taking it outside to let it see the northern lights.

About the only thing I didn't do was try a battery pull (because she has the body glove case on there and I don't want to break it ;-) ).
