No update on my touch

Ok thanks a million but one question I know change the name of the file do I have to unzip it first or just change the name a go into boot loader

Yes flashing it will removing EVERYTHING from your phone. You just change the name of the file like you would on any other file. And do not extract it first.

and most important do not turn off the phone while it's updating.
