Can't get the built in file manager or ES file manager to see any external usb stick (3.0 usb) or hard drive. Tried FAT32. and nothing shows up.

I'd start with sticks first, formatted exFAT. Preferably smaller than 128gb to start. Try a couple of different allocation sizes and more than one stick. If none work, suspect the cable....

Thanks I tried FAT32 first. Need a smaller stick try. I'm probavly going to be off for 2 weeks but I'll keep trying.

I am running a seagate 1 Tb non-powered hard drive formatted exfat. Instant recognition. Also a powered Western Digital 1 Tb hard drive formatted exfat. All no problems
