AT&T Galaxy S8 No Visual Voicemail App?

Thank you for the link. I did figure out how to set up the vm from the dialer, but I'm so used to just clicking the app.

Ok so I made my own thread not realizing this thread was already open. Here is my issue and I just want voicemail. I don't need visual. My Galaxy S5 Active had the blue envelope(1st pic). You'd push it, it was just normal voice mail. I'd disabled the visual as it was a waste if time to use. I get this phone and yes, I have the blue envelope but when you press it you get these shots below(next 3). I thought ok I'll d/l the one the play store has that states it's compatible. It then asks for my phone number and pin(last pic). Sooo yeah, not even a thing that says sign up or whatever.
I looked at the APK that was in this thread but honestly just want it when someone calls I can't answer they can leave a message. I need it for work purposes and parental purposes.

You can verify if it is the same as on my Note 8. It has to be accessed through the Phone Icon now and there is no longer a separate icon. Once I click the phone icon, the keypad opens and there is an envelope with a voicemail icon inside to the left of the green phone. I had to select that icon and it opened and asked if I wanted to setup visual voicemail. I selected the options through the prompts and all of my messages appeared. To access the messages again, I have to click the phone icon and they are visible once I touch the voicemail icon. I hope this helps.

I have the same problem except, I had the app and somehow accidentally deleted it and now I can't find the original app that was pre-installed on the phone when I purchased it. I've searched everywhere for it and I can't find it. I hate having to open my phone app to get to my vm.

I'm with AT&T also and I bought the 8+, and the visual vm app was pre-installed on mine but somehow when I had it open I deleted it or moved it and now I can't find it anywhere.

Yes, I did, I had it until a few days ago and I accidentally deleted it and now can't get it back.
