No voicemail notifications, app not opening

I'm not receiving voicemail notifications. When I try to open the app "Voicemail" it says "No entry found" Retry. It was working . I see did reset my phone recently

Welcome to Android Central! Open the Phone app, tap Menu>Settings>Call Settings>Voicemail, and make sure it's properly set up with your carrier's voicemail.

Have you checked the settings in the dialer to see if you can choose notifications there? That is where I set up my notifications for voicemail.
