no voicemail settings available!

On Optimus V, under settings > call settings, I have only "other call settings". No voicemail options. Are they hiding elsewhere? According to other threads, I should see voicemail options here, correct? Thanks.

It's not in the 2.2 roms (like the stock rom). Use the 2.3 roms (aospCMod or Zefie's CM7). They will have it. I don't know how to add it.
