No voLTE on lg g3 lg-D851 lollipop

Just recived the lollipop update and also restored my phone and i went to check for voLTE to turn it on and its not there what we didn't get voLTE?

Mine is under "Call" in the settings menu and not " Tethering and Networks". Hope that helps.
