No VoLTE toggle on AT&T S9+

Got a new S9+ and love it so far. I wanted to turn off VoLTE, but there is no toggle under mobile data like on my S8. Called customer support for AT&T and they verified there is no toggle. Also, their pdf manual shows no toggle. So, I assume it is enabled by default on AT&T with no way to turn it off. If anyone on AT&T knows something different, please advise. Thanks.

I have a AT&T Note 9 and I don't see a way to toggle VoLTE on or off on it so this looks like something AT&T is doing on all the latest phones.

You could change the network to 3g

2g. Yes. But that's insane.

My older phones gave me the choice to toggle VoLTE off. HD Calling, they called it. But now the carriers don't want that; they want you using data instead of traditional cellular for phone calls.
