Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy Note II. My provider is Verizon.
Indication of a Problem: One morning I noticed that a downloading app never resolved. It hung at 94%, and apparently needed a WiFi connection to complete that task.
Focusing in on the problem: I went to Settings.... then saw the WiFi slide button was off. I tap it to go on.... it hangs, then goes back to off. I also see there is no list of WiFi spots anymore both at home and on the go. There used to be many.
How might I get my WiFi back?
