Nogout update failed

[Android Central Question]

I am using samsung galaxy j5 2016 and after hearing the news about nogout update i wish to update my 6.1 version upto 7.1.. but i didnt recieve any update notification.. when i try it manually it fails... what is the reason??

Welcome to Android Central! What's the exact model number of your phone (in Settings>About Phone), and was it originally sold by a carrier, or was it carrier unlocked to begin with?
