Question Nokia phone receive all the time notification in battery saver without my permission

Sorry, your question isn't entirely clear. What notification are you referring to? Are you saying that you don't want it to receive notifications while in battery saver mode? Battery Saver typically doesn't limit notifications -- that would be Do Not Disturb.

Locate Battery Saver Icon: Look for the battery saver icon and Tap the battery saver icon to turn it off.

Is done but when i switch phone on again battery saver starts again so i must turn off all the time what i not like. More help please if you understand. By the way thanks for the reply again.

I had Nokia xr21 phone but it seems to be normal the notification in bar but maybe also is in devoleper issue when you are a member on it.

If I'm understanding your question correctly to turn off the battery save at 20% go in settings of your device tap battery and should see a toggle for battery save mode to turn on or off ? Notifications will still go through in battery save mode just will be delayed.
