Non-leak time syncing (waking me at 6AM)

I have 5 email addresses on the resident email reader. I have gone to settings and made peak time 7AM-10PM and made Off-peak sync "manual" for each address. But it is still vibrating at 6 am (and waking my puppy, therefor waking me)
I thought that making these adjustments would quiet the phone until 7AM.
How can I get it to not vibrate without turning off the sound altogether, which I do not want (If I get a rare call or text at night I want to hear that)

Thanks, but why does it not follow what I think is the correct formatting of the notifications. Why is it still buzzing at 6AM?
