My non-rooted alcatel pixi 4 tablet's boot process is proceeding in a loop(possible relevant information can be found in the attachment attached to this post). The device doesn't possess adb authority(with the exception of sideloading ofcourse), i haven't reverted the device to it's factory defaults yet because of some forums i read saying it may render the device further nullified, i've completed several attempts at wiping the cache partition(as you'll see i lack the custom recovery that allows me to do a more-extensive wiping of the cache partition), yet still it didn't help.i deduced the device's bootloader is locked because it's stock rom version is above 5.0(please correct me if i'm mistaken). Given this information, should i revert the device back to it's factory defaults or is there any other safer solution i should consider first, THANKS so MUCH should anyone attempt to provide a solution to my problem
