So, I'm fully rooted. I currently am running Sprint Lovers 12/5/2010 ROM. I'm interested in updating to the most current Sprint Lovers ROM (to include 3.70.651.1 update).

My question is, if I flash the new ROM will I lose all my applications/data? Please advise.

If I will lose apps/data, how can I prevent that? Thanks in advance.

You can try to flash the updated ROM over what you have now and just clear cache & dalvik, hopefully that works.

Before you try that though do what the user above said and use titanium backup to backup all your stuff or backup your current ROM at least so you can go back to it and make a titanium backup of your apps there, then wipe completely and install the new sprint lovers rom and re-install your apps through titanium.
