I'm James, I've been an Android whore from day one, I rooted my first Droid and thats as far as I went, that was in 2008, now I've moved up to the Big Leagues with my Samsung Galaxy Nexus and am I having fun, rooting not a problem and neither id flashing ROMs now. The Nexus is got to be the best phone out there, better than the SG III, I believe, well, thats my opinion. Now I do have a question, on a custom ROM, can only that ROM be themed by the the maker of that ROM? or are their universal themes for all?
