Nook honeycomb can see modem can't connect

Hi Everyone

I installed honeycomb on an 8gig sd card, plugged it into my Nook Color and, bingo, it worked.

I have a problem, though. The nook can see my modem, strong signal, but won't connect. I get "Searching for IP Address" then it will say "Connecting". It toggles back and forth between the two messages but won't connect.
Any Suggestions?

Forget the network and try again. You may have typed your password wrong. It doesn't have an error for incorrect password, the connection just fails.

I had this same issue and the only way I could get it to work was changing my router to only broadcast in 54Mbps... not a great solution but it did work.

I also had this problem and what was causing it was a space in my network SSID, once i changed the SSID to a single word (no spaces, or special characters) it connected right away.
