Nook won't stay turned off?

My Nook is currently running CM 7 nightly 87. Everything's going fine, except it won't stay up while charging. It'll turn off fine, but if I plug it in to charge while it's turned off, it automatically boots up. If I turn it off while it's plugged in, it just boots up again in a minute or two. Is this supposed to be happening?

It does that to me too...all I do is one it boots (while charging) is I hit the power button once. It goes to sleep and then so do I.

I had mine plugged in with a real (read:not a USB cable and outlet adapter) charger, and when I turned it off it stayed off. Running 7.03, fwiw.
