Normal AUX cables don't work with A5?

Hi,

I've tried using a regular AUX cable with my new A5 but apparently it doesn't work. I've tried three new different cables, some make the screen untouchable when plugged-in and some give a really low-weird sound when plugged-in as well.

The seller told me that A5 might have some different AUX cables to use then. Is this true? If so, what are they called?
