Normal Battery drain (NOT IN PHONE)

I'm not sure exactly when I charged my extra battery in my dedicated external battery charger, but when I put it in my phone tonight, it was only at 90%.

Maybe I charged it a week or two.

Is losing 5% or 10% a week normal if not in the phone?

its just that the battery level meter in the phone doesnt know how to display the voltage of that battery. the battery will be 100% charged but compared to your usual battery, it probably has a low voltage. is it a cheap one?
