Norwegian carrier "Onecall" - mobile coverage problem/ samsung problem

I'm on norwegian OneCall which has been both a good and cheap carrier.

Tha last 6 mnts I have experienced constant decrease in the signal strength. This is resulting in lost calls and dropped calls as I speak. (I'm roaming from Telenor)

I hav also challenged the carrier to look for problems connected to my area, hw or account. They cant find any problems, but my family's (with three Samsung units S3/S4 are experiencing the same problems. I also have coverage and signal strength issues on my two tablets - 1gen Note 10.1 (i8000) and Note 12.2 pro (SM-P905).

This could relate the carriers signal quality, but It seems there could be other users suffering from poor signal strength on S4 as well that could indicate that it is not carrier related.

Anyone else struggling with signal strength issues on S3/S4?
 
Samsung phones, I've read, have some issues with reception. But what you describe sounds like a degradation of the network signal. Is it possible for you to try a different carrier?
 
Switching to a different carrier right now. Sincerely hoping for a better service in the future
