What about wiping cache' that can be done without rooting...t-mobile actually suggests it. It will help improve some issues.

well i have my sense since debut date and have experienced every issue the op has, i have hard rebooted bringing phone back to factory settings twice, constantly clearing cache phone logs text messages emails all that good stuff and still i do weekly restarts. my biggest problem well mine at least is when im texting. if i am texting and going back and forth with a person and i receive a text as i am texting it will kick me out the text input dialogue box and send me to the very 1st message of the thread. sorry for tj

Coming from a tbolt on vzw to the sensation I STILL love this phone. By doing little things my battery life kicks butt and I'm still stock. Once I'm home from work its charging but it lasts me all day on the WiFi calling/messaging I used to keep my 4g totally off with vzw cause we didn't get 4g at our house.

Great assessment of this phone, it has been so frustrating to me to the point of taking a hit on it and tossing it into a drawer...two thumbs down
