Not able to restart my Moto G 2nd Gen

Hi,

I have recently purchased my Motog 2nd gen and while using I just clicked on skype and naturally just locked the screen post that. Now when I click on power button the screen is showing no light and I tried pressing the power button for long but since then no activity. Not sure how to make it work again. Please help.

The battery may have failed. Alternatively, removing and replacing the battery, if you can do that on your device, may fix the problem.

LOL, moto g 2nd gen doesn't have removable battery. Plug in phone to wall charger and hold power button for 7 seconds , may help.
