Not all of my Exchange email folders are synching via the stock email app?

I am noticing that I am missing folders of emails on my Note3 with VZW that uses Exchange mail. I just checked the settings and under folder synch options I did not see an option to synch that folder. Are you supposed to somehow set each folder up for synching somehow?
