Not any faster

I rooted my phone and got a bench mark off 560. Then I OC'd it to 768 which is as high as it can go without crashing and that didnt make it any faster. I want it to around 1000 ive seen people with 1300. Please help.

You have to enable Stagefright with a build.prop mod, but the benchmark test is irrelevant.
