Not getting any notifications for any app/service

I stooped getting all notifications on my GS3. Gmail, google voice, FB, snapchat. My sync is on in the communication toggle bar. I tried to do a google search on the issue and cant seem to find anything. Any ideas?

Try restarting the phone and see if that helps.

Or you're not SEEING any notifications in the Notification bar?
What firmware are you on? When did the problem start? What else have you already tried, so we don't waste time covering that ground?

Not seeing or hearing. I tried to clear app data for several of the apps, multiple reboots, its been almost a week since I stopped getting notifications. I havent done anything major prior to the issue starting, havent installed any new apps or messed around with any settings. I tried to turn the sync on and off. I have the latest FW. and Have been rooted since I started using the phone a month ago.
