Not getting group messages

Recently stopped working... I was getting group texts from apple users then I downloaded textra and changed the group text on that as well but it didn't work. So now I'm back to the stock messaging app were it first worked and it still isn't working. Any advice is appreciated!

What happened with Textra? I use it and group text with iPhone users regularly.
I am on Sprint and I enabled Group MMS under settings in Textra.
