Not getting the 4.3 update?

I just got my HTC One today, I've been doing various set-up things, and I attempted to do the ATT update. It seemed to have downloaded something, the phone rebooted, but when I checked the current version, it was still on 4.1.3. I can't check for an update again until tomorrow.

Is this a common issue? I've also tried to check for an update through HTC's update setting, and it says that I'm on the latest version.

What do I need to do to update to 4.3?

Manually set your date ahead and then you can run the update again.

Will this fix the issues? It looked like it was already updating, it may have failed.

That should get you the update.
There was an update back around September that was a small one. The update for 4.3 is quite large. Make sure your connected to wifi. Let me know if you need more help.
