Not making any sense

I have a s3 with the weather on my lock screen. Now it says that I'm in Wasseralfinger Germany. I live on the east coast of the USA. Anyone else having this problem ?

Go to Settings>Application Manager> weather app and click on it. Click clear cache. See if that helps. If not, you can clear data, but you may have to set up the app again.
