Not receiving email notifications on PMs & reply's

Hello,

I joined a few day's ago and have posted in a few forums. I've noticed I'm not getting notifications on reply's to threads nor am I getting notified when I have a new PM via email.

When I first joined I setup my options to Instant Email Notification for the default thread subscription. When I look at my subscribed threads they all show to be set as instant.

I've checked my spam folder on my provider and no emails have been caught from androidcentral.

As a test this evening I set my options to send me and email when I get a new PM. I then sent my self a test PM. The PM is showing as unread in my PM box, but I haven't got an email about it.

I'm about out of idea's of things to try.

Your profile looks fine and is configured to receive notifications and emails. We're not getting complaints from other members. Can you double check the email address in your profile and make sure it is correct?

I changed it to my gmail account, but still not getting email alerts. I just checked and there was one thread w/ a new reply. I also sent myself another test PM. I changed it back to my default email address.

You're the only person we're getting complaints from. All of your notification settings look good and we're not having any email issues. The only thing I can thing of is you do have an underscore at the end of your username. Maybe there's a bug with this?

Possibly, I use the same username on other vB forums and haven't had issues on them. I could possibly sign up another user name w/o the underscore and see if it works. One thing I have noticed about this forum is the custom integration with the front page. I have seen on other forums with custom integration that some strange unexplained things can happen. Are there any logs yall can access that shows the emails the system is sending? Maybe there would be some info that could help out.

Also, user popsc.comp also noted he isn't getting updates either.

I wanted to update you guys and let you know that Dieter said he will look in to it. It's pretty much out of my hands, since that is more on the Administration side of things. Hopefully he will find a solution.
