Not receiving texts while on the internet

I love the Inspire, I've had it for a few weeks and at first this wasn't an issue but for some reason I can't receive texts while I'm on the internet. Right now I'm in Mississippi and only have Edge service I don't know if that has anything to do with it but this wasn't a problem before when I had a Blackberry Torch.

I called AT&T they don't know whats wrong, I've pulled the battery out to reset it, nothing works.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I think that I might be having the same issue as you.

If you make a phone call do your text come pouring in?
