"Not Spam"

When I mark a message as "Not Spam" in Microsoft Outlook, will the new messages from the same sender no longer automatically go to the Spam folder? I ask because I'm still getting allot of messages in the Spam folder which are not spam.

I believe that is how it usually works, yes
