All of the sudden I have an icon on notification bar that I have never seen, not sure what I did to get it. It is "4G" with a "\" through it. Can I get this to disappear?

Hi - couple of questions:
1. do you have a battery saving app? that could be turning off the signal when the battery drops?
2. Is the line through the "4G" constantly?
3. Does it effect your signal strength
4. Do you have mobile data enabled
