Not true 120fps on camera

I went on pro mode recorded and then looked at the fps with mx player and they only showing 90fps.

Not at the moment aside from the phone. But I'm saying, if you look at the properties of the file. It not showing not even 119.99

I'm talking about 120 frame per second video recording. And I'm able to watch what video it was but what I'm saying is, it's not recording 120 frames per second and I confirmed it by looking at the properties of the file and I'm asking can anyone else confirm

I downloaded VLC player and it's showing my file to be at 120 fps. So I think it's MX Player fault. Anyone uses that player?
